The The Flower Market (near Prince Edward MTR station) in Mongkok is a collection of street stalls selling cut flowers and potted plants, with a few outlets specializing in plastic plants and silk flowers.

Western Market Des Voeux Rd., Sheung Wan

The Victorian redbrick structure of Western Market, similar to London's Covent Garden, was built in 1906 as a produce market. The first two floors are filled with shops selling crafts, toys, jewelry, collectibles, and fabrics, but it's certainly not worth a special trip. You can find these goods elsewhere in town.

Diane Freis Factory Outlet has discounts of around 30% on Hong Kong-based designer Diane Freis's daywear concoctions and elaborate cocktail dresses. Ask your hotel concierge about the bus to the outlets in Hung Hom. Many other outlets here have branches in Central, so you may decide it's not worth the trip.
